As a PSR, you will play an important role in helping patients access the care they need while creating a positive, respectful, and patient-centered experience from the moment they arrive or call.What You'll DoIn this role, you will support front desk operations, patient registration, scheduling, and daily clinic workflows. You will work closely with patients, families, clinical teams, and administrative staff to help ensure services are delivered efficiently and with compassion.Key responsibilities include:Greeting and checking in patients in a professional and welcoming mannerVerifying and updating patient demographic and insurance informationRegistering new patients and ensuring required documentation is completedScheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointmentsAnswering patient questions by phone and in personHelping manage patient flow and supporting a positive clinic experienceCollecting co-pays and processing payments as neededMaintaining accurate information in the electronic health record systemSupporting administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and record managementProtecting patient confidentiality and following HIPAA requirementsCollaborating with clinical and administrative teams to support daily operationsWhy Join Care Alliance?Care Alliance is committed to compassionate, high-quality, and accessible healthcare that empowers individuals and strengthens communities.
