We are a growing flooring company seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, assisting installation crews, and helping ensure materials are organized and ready for delivery and installation.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers with daily material load-outs
• Receive, organize, and stage flooring materials
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Help track inventory and complete basic data entry
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (if certified)
• Support deliveries and other warehouse duties as needed
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
