What You'll Be Doing

• Support cement plant operations by performing a variety of utility and labor tasks across departments.
• Operate and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas to support safe and efficient production.
• Assist with material handling, housekeeping, cleanup, and plant maintenance activities.
• Inspect work areas and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational deficiencies.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to team objectives.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
