Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dietary meals for our residents, adhering to nutritional standards and guidelines
• Coordinate meal service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of meals to residents
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus, order supplies, and manage inventory
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate records of meal service, inventory, and food quality
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional resident satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or related degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in food service or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
