Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse - MS/TELE - Medical Surgical/Telemetry - $1876 / Week

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Concord, NC. Shift: 3x12 hr days Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $1876 / Week

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS,
etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License
and/or Insurance:
· BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
● Patient Ratios:
· RN: 1:4-6, acuity dependent – surge times could increase to 1:7-8
· ● Skills required:
· General Med/Tele skillset: Cardiac rhythm interpretation,
experience with non-titrating Cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), care
of patients with tubes/drains, IV start skills, blood products, wound
care/dressing changes, etc.

● Support within the Department:

· Nurse Manager, Administrative Clinical Supervisor, Clinical
Supervisor, staff RNs, CNA, Clinical Mentor, Rapid Response RN, House
Supervisor

● Technology/Equipment:
· EMR: EPIC

· Department specific Equipment: scales, GBS machine, transfer
device, vein finder, EKG, crash cart, language interpreter,
tele-medicine cart for online assessments of patients, doppler

● Floating:
· Within region and scope of practice
· Will be required to float per region needs – will
require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope
of practice – DECLINE if not agreeable
