Job Description

As a Security Officer i n Cumberland RI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Dispatcher supporting a healthcare location you will coordinate security-related communications monitor activity dispatch personnel and document incidents with professionalism and care. You will help maintain a welcoming environment for patients visitors and staff through clear communication and responsive service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a healthcare location.
• Receive prioritize document and dispatch calls for routine requests alarms incidents and emergency response activities using established communication protocols.
• Monitor communication systems access activity and available surveillance resources escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner providing timely updates to responding personnel and management.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs incident records and shift reports while helping to support continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
