Details Invasive Vascular Services unit performing vascular procedures Approximately 25 cases per day Days shift, 4x10 hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week Call requirements of 1-2 nights per week and every third weekend from 7p Friday through 7a Monday Required to float across campuses as needed Call team covers two facilities with most emergencies handled at the Level I trauma facility Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active ARRT (R) certification required ARRT (CI or VI) highly preferred Iowa Radiology license highly preferred; licensing candidates will be considered; license required if applicable BLS certification preferred Minimum of 12 months vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting required Scrub, circulate, and monitor experience required Peripheral vascular experience required Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures required Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting preferred Level I trauma experience preferred Driver's license required for consideration Professional reference from a supervisor, charge nurse, manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred Additional Information Responsibilities include scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring during vascular procedures First-time travelers welcomed Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed Compact license not accepted for this position Candidates who were employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for submission Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility American Traveler Job ID #P-756984.
