Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, staff development, and facility operations Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and open communication Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to improve patient care Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect among all team members Requirements: 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina Additional Information: Benefits: PTO, Sick Time, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr
