Compensation $35–$45 per hour , based on experience Weekly pay Schedule Choose the schedule that works best for you: Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday–Saturday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Higher-Paying Shift) Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 100% Company-Paid Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Fidelity 401(k) with a 4% Company Match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness Reimbursement Program Employee Referral Bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Paid Major Holidays Well-stocked company truck with dispatch from home Company-provided uniforms, smartphone, and tablet Residential work only—no commercial projects Supportive, team-oriented culture What You'll Do Install and troubleshoot residential electrical systems Run new electrical circuits, including low-voltage wiring Complete electrical panel and service upgrades Perform site visits and job assessments Prepare accurate material and stock lists Communicate professionally with homeowners while delivering exceptional customer service Work independently and collaboratively to complete high-quality installations Experience with Generac generators is a plus What Success Looks Like Complete 100% of the electrical installation checklist on every job Deliver quality workmanship with minimal to no callbacks Continuously grow your technical knowledge through certifications and training Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals Maintain a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Requirements Qualifications Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License (Required) Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen OSHA 10 Certification is a plus Experience with older residential wiring ("snake wiring") preferred Generac certification or generator installation experience preferred Experience with HVAC controls, relays, and zone boards is a plus Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and local electrical codes Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship Why Cranney?
