The hourly Pay rate is $36.30/hr. W2 All Inclusive no benefits

(Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Half an hour for Lunch)

 

GENERALFUNCTION

• The Systems Integration Analyst role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the integration of franchise data and systems into organizational information systems and structures.
• This individual will be responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the implementation of user applications and systems necessary to support integrated organizational operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing franchise applications and systems, as well as overseeing data transfer, integration, storage, and reporting.
• The analyst will be expected to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into educational and business decisions.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new application s into existing network infrastructure, systems, and software throughout the enterprise.
• Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end users and department managers.
• Ensure that any new software integration into organizational systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, data privacy, data warehousing, and other technical specifications.
• Review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, and develop testing strategies to improve or leverage these systems.
• Research and recommend client/server hardware, software, protocols, and integration products and services to support procurement and development efforts.
• Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy new applications, systems software, products, and enhancements to existing network infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Analyze documentation and technical specifications for new applications under deployment or consideration to determine intended functionality.
• Respond to incoming problem tickets and help desk requests by troubleshooting application and software issues involving servers, databases, and other mission-critical systems.
• Work proactively to enhance business processes through effective system integration while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and prepare ongoing reports.
• Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for continual improvement.
• Coordinate and perform comprehensive system testing, including end-user acceptance testing, for modified and newly implemented systems.
• Communicate application issues and system-related concerns to key stakeholders, including management and end users.
• Monitor, test, and optimize system performance while maintaining system logs as required.

 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and industry standards.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, and database administration.
• Experience working with relational database servers.
• Strong knowledge of system testing methodologies and software quality assurance best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of information while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with SQL queries, report writing, and presenting analytical findings.
• Knowledge of IT operations and industry best practices.
