Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. Job Description HII – Mission Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO). You will work closely with technical and mission stakeholders to ensure data quality, accessibility, and integration across modernized platforms. Essential Job Responsibilities Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple legacy and modernized systems to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with software engineers, system architects, and cybersecurity teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility across modernization efforts. Translate technical data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support data integration activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Department of War (DoW) data governance standards. Contribute to the development of data quality metrics and automated validation processes. Minimum Qualifications LEVEL 2 - 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field. LEVEL 3 - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field. LEVEL 4 - 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience. Strong understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with DoW compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST).. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment; collaborative team mindset. Clearance: A SECRET level security clearance is required. Preferred Requirements TS/SCI is preferred. Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
