Founding Account Executive Healthcare AI

We are a retained search firm representing a technology company at a pivotal inflection point. After years of success in one of the most operationally complex sectors in the U.S., they’ve now launched a new business unit aimed at solving a different kind of mission‑critical problem and how healthcare systems deliver care at scale. This is not a speculative startup. The company is well‑funded, already profitable in its core vertical, and led by proven operators. Their AI platform is widely recognized for delivering real operational outcomes, not just dashboards. Now, they’re expanding into healthcare—and looking for founding AEs to shape the future of this new division. If you’ve ever said, “I wish I had joined that team before everyone knew who they were,” this is that opportunity. What You’ll Do You’ll be joining the ground floor of a business line that’s already generating revenue and is positioned for rapid scale. As one of the first AEs, you’ll work directly with the VP of Sales to develop playbooks, go‑to‑market strategy, and feedback loops with product and engineering. Your deals will be large and strategic—often in the $500K to $1M+ range—and you’ll be selling directly to senior decision‑makers across healthcare specialties like women’s health, dermatology, and orthopedics. This is a high‑autonomy, high‑impact role that requires both execution and strategic thinking. You won’t just be selling a solution—you’ll be helping to define how it’s sold, and what the market understands it to be. What You Bring 3 to 7 years of experience in a quota‑carrying AE or Enterprise AE role, ideally in a SaaS environment. Proven ability to own the full sales cycle—from sourcing to close. Track record of closing complex, high‑value deals ($500K+) with multiple stakeholders. Experience in outbound sales with little to no inbound support. Comfort operating in fast‑changing environments without rigid process. Preference for candidates with startup experience, especially those who’ve helped scale a company from early traction to growth stage.
