About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BCBA to join our team! As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing training and support to our team of ABA therapists. Your expertise will help our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify areas of strength and need

• Provide training and support to our team of ABA therapists

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• 0 years of experience in a related field

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
