Truck Driver Nation is seeking a CDL Driver Lead Response Specialist to work with professional drivers entering our recruiting pipeline.

This role focuses on the first stage of candidate engagement. New driver inquiries need timely responses, clear communication, and an organized initial review before qualified candidates move deeper into recruiting.

YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS

• Respond to new CDL driver applications and inquiries

• Establish first contact with prospective candidates

• Confirm basic contact and CDL information

• Ask preliminary questions about driving experience

• Identify equipment and route experience

• Learn the driver's current employment interests

• Document candidate responses accurately

• Route qualified candidates to the appropriate next recruiting step

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong phone and written communication

• Professional candidate interaction

• Ability to ask clear qualification questions

• Organized follow-up habits

• Comfortable using computers and online recruiting systems

• Ability to handle multiple incoming applicants

• Customer service, recruiting, transportation, or call-center experience is helpful

Knowledge of trucking terminology is valuable, but candidates who can learn quickly and communicate effectively with professional drivers may also be considered.
