Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer and blood disorders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Manage EMR workload and patient in-baskets within EPIC . Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes . Required Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) . Willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the care team, including MAs, nurses, and other APPs. Comfort caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations . Proficiency in EMR workload management and patient in-baskets. Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations . Proven history of prioritizing patient satisfaction . Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience ( 5+ years preferred ). Experience as a primary caregiver for cellular therapy patients (BMT & CAR-T). Proficiency with EPIC EMR .
