Lifespace Communities is seeking a Retirement Living Counselor to help older adults and their families explore senior living options and choose the community that best fits their needs. In this resident-first role, you will listen with compassion, explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services, and guide prospects through community visits and the decision-making process. Build trusting relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate prospect records, and collaborate with community teams to support smooth transitions.
