MEDICATION AIDE

Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a compassionate Medication Aide to support nursing staff in providing safe, compliant care within correctional facilities. Responsibilities include preparing and administering prescribed medications, accurately documenting doses, monitoring and reporting patient responses, and maintaining secure medication storage. The Medication Aide will follow all state, facility, and SHP protocols, support routine health screenings, and assist with basic patient care tasks.
