Responsibilities include: Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions Develop and present personalized treatment plans Deliver preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team Help create an exceptional patient experience with every visit What We're Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain one) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning New graduates are encouraged to apply - mentorship is available Compensation & Benefits We invest in our providers because we know they are the foundation of our practice.
