Company is seeking a dependable Setup Operator to join their manufacturing team on 1st or 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in machine setup, production equipment and manufacturing who are looking for a stable, full time position. If you're mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools in a fast paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

**

• Set up and operate production equipment.

• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.

• Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection, cleaning, and servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to avoid machine or process breaks down.

• Maintain maintenance logs of equipment serviced.

• Provide guidance and training to other technicians or production associates.

• Other duties assigned as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:

**

• Technical and manufacturing experience- at least 1-2 years at one company.

• HS diploma or equivalent.

• Basic math skills.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Job Specifications:

**

• Pay Range: $22-23/hour

• Shift(s): 1st or 2nd shift

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
