Store Manager - The Cosmetics Company Stores - West Palm Beach, Florida

Overview We are seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. The candidate should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. This role includes creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high-performing team. Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events and customer relationship management. Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Develop and manage a high-performing team, including setting expectations and supporting professional growth. Coordinate in-store events and promotions to drive store performance. Collaborate with store leadership to ensure effective front-line marketing and execution of brand standards. Monitor operations and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics. The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Experience in business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling. Retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation. Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets. Experience creating and executing in-store events. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
