Summary We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting our clients' high standards. Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate project activities across teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Utilize project management tools like MS Project and Gantt Charts
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and issues.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technical or engineering environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
