Automotive Service Advisor - CDJR Southampton Location: Southampton, NY • Job Type: Full‑Time • Compensation: 89-110K annually CDJR Southampton is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. Overview As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a premium ownership experience while coordinating vehicle service and maintenance needs. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience. Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns. Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, and service timelines. Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the service process. Review completed work with customers and explain services performed. Promote recommended maintenance and service offerings. Ensure customer satisfaction and help maintain high CSI scores. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience with luxury brands is a plus but not required.
