Pay: $55,000 - $80,000 Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. Responsibilities Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees Direct work for employees, including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures Conduct formal line Taste & Temps Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to maintain the safety of employees and guests at all times Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for staff, consistent with our core values and operational goals At Texas Roadhouse we have a fun culture with flexible work schedules, discounts in our restaurants, friendly competitions, recognition, formal training, and career growth opportunities.
