Maintenance Technician II

Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support daily maintenance operations at our multifamily apartment community. In this role, you will complete resident service requests, perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, and ensure apartments are ready for move-in. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues; maintaining common areas; coordinating with vendors; and responding to emergency calls. You’ll work closely with a professional, resident-focused team committed to integrity, high-quality service, and well-maintained communities, with training and growth opportunities in multifamily real estate.
