Community Association Manager – Westminster, Colorado Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with regional offices in Aurora and Westminster, Colorado. We are looking for a Community Association Manager to manage a portfolio of community associations and provide excellent customer service. Summary Manages a portfolio of community associations. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with internal and external customers including homeowners, board members, committee members, and vendors. Must maintain client satisfaction and account retention. Partners with association Board of Directors and internal departments to adhere to the introduction and integration of new programs, services and initiatives. Works extensively with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities. Ensure client satisfaction and account retention. Prepares association newsletter and/or other communication with owners and residents as required. Provides leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices with regard to the management and oversight of their community. Manages and runs monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings. Meets with Associations 1-2 times a week. Manages and assists in special projects. Creates budgets and manages financials. Participates in emergency afterhours phone program. Complies with company policies and procedures. Practices and adheres to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission and Vision. Any additional job duties as required by supervisor. Qualification Requirements Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean MVR. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities. Strong Knowledge of industry trends. Strong computer skills. Exhibits professionalism and calm demeanor. Demonstrate problem solving abilities. Ability to multi-task and effective organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Verifiable references. Able to pass a background check. Education and/or Experience

1. 4 years of experience working in a HOA management role.
2. 3 years of experience in customer service.

CMCA Certification(s) a plus. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
