Shifts: Days (6a-6:30p); every 3rd weekend and every other holiday

This role is essential for delivering high-quality geriatric psychiatric care, focusing on an elder population often including dementia and other behavioral health conditions. You will become an integral part of a team working in a supportive and structured post-acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Provide comprehensive care to elderly patients, including those with dementia, schizophrenia, and other behavioral conditions
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient information using Point Click Care (PCC)
• Work collaboratively with med aides and nursing staff
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Active RN license in the state of SD
• BLS Certification
• BSN required
• Experience in geriatric psych care preferred
