Role Description This full-time remote Licensed Insurance Agent role focuses on helping working families understand and select appropriate life and supplemental insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, assessing coverage needs, presenting insurance options, and explaining policy features in clear, accessible language. The agent will conduct virtual appointments, manage leads, follow up with prospective and existing policyholders, and complete applications and documentation accurately. The role also involves maintaining compliance with industry regulations, staying up to date on product offerings, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to advise clients on appropriate coverage options.

Experience in Insurance Brokerage or related insurance environments, understanding industry practices and regulations.

Background in Finance or financial services, with the ability to discuss basic financial concepts and protection needs.

Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with diverse clients.

Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain one promptly), and eligibility to work remotely with reliable internet access.

Comfort with virtual tools and CRM systems, and the ability to manage schedules and leads independently.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliant, ethical sales practices.

Prior experience in remote sales, call center, or client-facing roles is beneficial.
