Visit our website to learn more: callapexservices.com What we offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance Life insurance 5 days paid vacation paid holidays 401k with 3% company match (option for partial match up to 5%) Career advancement opportunities Referral program Pay Range: $15/hr to $18/hr, depending on experience Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Duties/Responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the dispatch team Maintaining accurate customer records and service history Processing payments and handling billing inquiries Assisting with follow-up on collections and past-due accounts Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed Position requires employee to be on-call on a set rotation schedule Required Skills/Abilities: 1+ years of customer service experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact Organizational skills and attention to detail Database experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dispatching experience is a plus Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
