Apopka, United States | Posted on 05/29/2026 Position Summary This is a full‑time on‑site role for Pipe Fitters located in Apopka, FL. The Pipe Fitters will be responsible for fitting pipes to specifications, examining work product for defects, and ensuring conformance with specifications. Essential Functions Fit stainless steel, steel, and various alloys piping for plumbing/mechanical applications. Desired Qualification Requirements Experience fitting stainless steel piping Knowledge of plumbing and pipe fitting techniques Ability to read and interpret spool drawings and technical detail data sheets Excellent mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity with attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in pipe welding Must be able to pass a brief verbal pipe fitters test during interview Working knowledge of gas cutting techniques for piping (automatic & manual) Excellent knowledge of fitting configurations adhering to ASME B31.1 Power Piping Preferred knowledge of examination, testing, inspection, operation, and maintenance of piping systems found in industrial, institutional, and general heating and cooling systems Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills Communication: Effective English or bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills are a must have Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to achieve quality objectives and project success Safety: Commitment to adhering to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others Benefits & Culture Matching 401k & Insurance options Paid Time Off (PTO) Drug‑Free, Safety‑First Workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr
