BEST Workforce Partners is looking for a Family Law Attorney for a client based in Coral Gables, FL.

The open role is for an on-site Family Law attorney to serve as an associate at a law firm in Coral Gables, FL. The attorney will manage family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and related legal issues.

Years of experience: 2-3 years experience in law firm or legal services settings, preferably with a focus on family law matters.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Family and Matrimonial Law, with the ability to interpret and apply statutes, regulations, and case law.

Demonstrated knowledge in Family Law, including divorce, custody, support, and related legal issues.

Experience handling a range of Legal Issues and preparing motions, reviewing and preparing discovery, attending mediations, depositions, hearings and trials .

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Florida (or eligibility for admission).

Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and strong organization.

Effective communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centered and trauma-informed approach.

Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

Candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
