Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Administering care to patients during all stages of labor
• Monitoring fetal development and reporting observations
• Supporting patients throughout labor, including C-sections and other procedures
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintaining accurate patient records including EMR Meditech

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE certifications
• Intermediate fetal monitoring skills
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
• Proficiency in SVE competency and C-Section circulation
