Job Description
The Construction Foreman oversees small construction teams of five or fewer on commercial projects, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project requirements. This role reports directly to the Site Manager and plays a key role in coordinating on-site activities to maintain productivity and quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise small construction crews to ensure efficient task completion
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment
- Coordinate daily activities and communicate progress to the Site Manager
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction management
