Sales Operations Customer Liaison

Azenta seeks a Sales Operations Customer Liaison in Plainfield, Indiana to serve as the primary contact for non-operational client requests and manage communication between customers and internal teams. The role involves coordinating post-win activities, processing client change requests, and identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between clients and internal Azenta departments
• Process and support non-operational client change requests and purchase order updates
• Manage post-win activities outside project management and sales functions
• Route client inquiries to appropriate departments and resolve internal coordination issues
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for internal and external service

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years finance, billing, or sales operations experience
• Customer support experience required
• Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 base
