Job Title Auto Shop Helper – Service Center Fredericksburg Job Summary Provide all‑purpose support in the auto shop, including daily housekeeping, equipment organization, and minor maintenance tasks to ensure efficient repair operations. Responsibilities Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans and sweeping floors. Assist in cleaning spray booths and placing tools and equipment in their proper locations. Maintain parking lots and grounds in an orderly fashion. Perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary. Follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures. Must be eligible to work in the United States with no restrictions. Qualifications & Skills Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs, kneel, bend, squat, and reach below and above shoulder level. Understand written and verbal instructions. Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
