Forklift OperatorForklift Operators safely operate industrial trucks, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, to load, unload, transport, and stack goods within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring that materials move efficiently and safely through a 3PL warehouse environment.Shifts:1st shift: $22/hr M-F 5am - 1:30pm2nd shift: $23.50 M-F 1pm - 9:30pm3rd shift: $24.50 M-F 9pm - 5:30amWeekend Day Shift: $25/hr F-Sun 5am - 5:30pmWeekend Night Shift: $25.75/hr F-Sun 5pm - 5:30amResponsibilitiesOperate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks safely and efficiently to load, unload, transport, and stack goods.Handle materials throughout the warehouse, including moving pallets, cases, and equipment to designated locations.Perform order picking to assemble customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipping.Assist with general labor tasks such as staging, wrapping, labeling, and organizing products as needed.Essential SkillsDemonstrated experience operating sit-down forklifts and stand-up forklifts.Ability to safely load, unload, transport, and stack goods using forklifts and reach trucks.Proficiency in material handling, including moving pallets and products safely and efficiently.Basic understanding of inventory handling and movement within a warehouse.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with working in a third-party logistics (3PL) setting.Experience working in a warehouse setting (indoor or outdoor).Order picking experience with attention to accuracy and timeliness.General labor experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.You will join a growing facility that is actively expanding its workforce and operations, offering strong opportunities for long-term career growth. You will work around industrial equipment such as sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, as well as standard material handling tools. You should expect to be on your feet for most of the shift, working in an active distribution setting with varying temperatures typical of a warehouse operation.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr.
