You will perform accurate and timely documentation in the clinic's EMR system and participate in ongoing clinical discussions to update and refine patient care plans. The outpatient setting commonly features orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses, post-surgical rehab, sports-related injuries, and general functional mobility issues, giving you a broad and engaging caseload that supports continued clinical growth.A typical day may involve working with a steady flow of scheduled patients, coordinating closely with the supervising PT on daily goals and progressions, and adjusting interventions in real time based on patient response. Patient volumes are structured to maintain high-quality care while supporting consistent productivity, and patient sessions are usually scheduled at regular intervals throughout the day to allow for appropriate treatment time and documentation. Work hours generally follow daytime or early evening shifts, providing predictable scheduling and helping maintain work-life balance.Pasco's central location within the Tri-Cities allows easy access to dining, shopping, community events, and regional attractions in nearby Richland and Kennewick.
