Nights And Weekends Fitness Floor Staff - Beverly YMCA Greater Beverly YMCA - Beverly, MA 01915 Salary Range $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly Level Entry Position Type Part Time Job Shift Varied Make a Difference Through Fitness at the Beverly YMCA! Are you passionate about wellness and ready to help others reach their goals? If you're someone who loves staying active and wants to inspire healthy living, we'd love to have you on our team! As Fitness Floor Staff, you'll support members and program participants in a welcoming and energized environment. Your day-to-day will include greeting members, keeping equipment clean and safe, demonstrating exercises and machines, and promoting additional fitness programs. You'll also give tours to prospective members and answer questions about our offeringshelping everyone feel supported and connected. We're looking for someone who: Has a solid understanding of fitness programs and exercises Builds positive relationships with people of all ages and abilities Brings encouragement, energy, and a love for wellness Is interested in fitness, exercise science, personal training, or customer service Join a mission-driven team that's committed to building a healthier, stronger communityone workout at a time!
