You'll partner with community leadership, caregivers, medication technicians, nurses, residents, families and healthcare providers to help ensure residents receive exceptional, personalized care. What You'll Do Provide clinical oversight and support for residents and care team members Assess and follow up on resident changes in condition, including appropriate documentation and communication with families and physicians Participate in daily clinical stand-up meetings Supervise care staff and help ensure resident care is completed according to individual care plans and community policies Support the training and orientation of new nurses and medication technicians Assist with staffing adjustments when needed due to call-outs or changes in resident needs Review resident documentation, communication logs and clinical follow-up needs Coordinate clinical information for physician and nurse practitioner visits Review and approve medication orders in QuickMAR Assist with medication management processes, monthly medication cycle checks and discrepancy follow-up Complete required resident assessments, including quarterly self-medication assessments Review new resident clinical records for completeness Provide additional clinical support and resident rounds as needed Partner with the clinical leadership team to maintain high standards of resident care You'll Be Great on This Team If You Are currently licensed as an LPN/LVN or RN in good standing Have strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Are comfortable providing direction and support to care team members Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and coworkers Enjoy working collaboratively in a senior living environment Have a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to older adults More Than a Nursing Job At Arbor, nursing is about more than completing clinical tasks.
