We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Product Manager with 4+ years of product management experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, a keen financial acumen, and excellent collaboration skills across various functions. You will focus on the Parts and Accessories product line, driving product improvements, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Product Manager will conduct research on global competitive landscapes and product trends, ensuring the development of new and existing products aligns with customer needs and market demands. The strategic and results-driven Product Manager - Parts & Accessories will lead the growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of our aftermarket portfolio. This role is critical in enhancing the customer ownership experience, driving incremental revenue, and ensuring alignment with our premium brand standards. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of product strategy, commercial acumen, and operational execution , with experience in consumer goods, appliances, or durable products. Requirements Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute the product strategy for parts and accessories aligned with overall business objectives Manage the full product lifecycle, including assortment planning, pricing, and end-of-life decisions Identify gaps and opportunities to expand the portfolio and increase attach rates Revenue Growth & Profitability Own P&L for parts and accessories category Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, bundling, and promotional initiatives Partner with sales and e-commerce teams to optimize merchandising and conversion Customer Experience & Brand Alignment Ensure all parts and accessories meet the company's luxury brand standards Enhance the post-purchase experience through improved availability, packaging, and support Leverage customer insights, service data, and feedback to inform product decisions Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Marketing teams Align on product development, inventory planning, and go-to-market strategies Support service and warranty teams with parts availability and lifecycle planning Supply Chain & Operations Partner with supply chain to ensure optimal inventory levels and service levels Monitor demand forecasting, lead times, and supplier performance Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards Data & Insights Analyze sales trends, margin performance, and inventory metrics Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs for category performance Use data to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement Compensation: $110,000+ depending on experience, plus eligibility for bonus The statements in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
