Your Role as an Assistant Teacher Serve as a nurturing partner to young learners, assisting the lead teacher in planning engaging activities that promote growth across developmental areas and building strong parent partnerships. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, with the ability to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience in a licensed center are a big plus. Empathy and understanding of children's developmental needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs.
