Location: US/Remote (CST time zone)

Job Description:

• Primary skill: Infra Mgt
• Providing BU: Infrastructure
• 8+ years of experience in Project / Program Management
• Proven track record of delivering Infrastructure projects including Networking (Routing & Switching, Wireless, Telecom, Datacenter, cloud migration)
• Experience in Agile and PMI Project Methodology (PMP certification preferred)
• Experience managing Telecom projects and terminology
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing and LAN switching)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong program management experience driving business workflow improvement.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Proficient written and verbal skills.
• A proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
• The ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• A passion for delivering results and building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver processes and productivity improvements by working closely with the stakeholders.
• Establish tools and controls for all new processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation, identifying both opportunities and solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans that successfully deliver promised results.
• Manage ongoing compliance with current projects, processes, and controls.
• Driving continued operational and automation improvements to improve efficiency.
• Driving a rigorous and proactive cadence of communications, keeping stakeholders informed on current statuses and engaged in key decisions.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to develop and maintain scalable SOPs and comprehensive documentation.
• Creating reporting and metrics to facilitate analyses driving data-driven decision making.
