Assistant Manager

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager (AM) to support our leadership team in maintaining excellence and fostering a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Monitor service standards and proactively address operational challenges.
- Assist in managing budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to implement operational improvements and training initiatives.
- 3+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining service quality.
- Knowledge of financial metrics, inventory systems, and compliance requirements.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
