Located in Mason, OH Salary: $90-100K Maintenance Supervisor - CNC Machining Industry Salary: $90-100K Position: Maintenance Manager Location: Fairfield, OH Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and oversee a robust preventive maintenance program for all shop equipment and facility systems.
- Plan and perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery (Haas, Doosan, Mazak, Okuma)
- Maintain air compressors, coolant systems, hydraulic units
- Install and repair electrical systems (single-phase and three-phase
- Conduct daily checks on machine cleanliness and fluid levels
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and drawings
- Ensure compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, and environmental safety regulations
- Coordinate maintenance with department supervisors to minimize production downtime
- Maintain facility interiors and exteriors
- Perform spill response and general building upkeep
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a CNC machine shop
- Previous management experience is required
- Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with CNC controls and factory-level repairs
- Ability to interpret technical documents
- Familiarity with LOTO procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
