As a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care in the environments where children thrive. Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Qualifications & Responsibilities: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligible to obtain licensure by the anticipated start date One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Pediatric experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with physician-approved plans of care Implement treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, range of motion, endurance, gait, and functional independence Educate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, positioning, mobility techniques, and home programs Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Benefits & Schedule: Flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities Choose your own days and hours Gradual caseload ramp-up for new hires Manageable caseloads that support quality patient care Compensation options including hourly, salary, or per-visit pay After-school and weekend stipends Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Professional license and CEU reimbursement Employee Referral Bonus Program Non-taxable travel reimbursement Toy allowance One-on-one patient care in a collaborative environment Mentorship program and career growth opportunities Dedicated administrative support Care Coach available for personal and professional development Pay: $35.00–$40.00 per hour If you're passionate about helping children improve mobility, independence, and confidence while enjoying flexibility, support, and meaningful one-on-one patient care, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
