Disease-Area Clinician for AI Evaluation of Trial Endpoints

This paid pilot engages a disease-area clinician to create and critique expert evaluation rubrics for commercial drugs and drug-development programs. The clinician will interpret trial endpoints, judge whether results would alter prescribing behavior, and assess likely real-world uptake within their therapeutic area. Strong contributors may receive recurring work as the project expands.

• Create and critique structured rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
• Interpret clinical trial endpoints, including primary and secondary outcomes, safety signals, and statistical results.
• Determine whether trial results would reasonably change prescribing decisions in clinical practice.
• Assess implications for real-world uptake and adoption in the clinician''s therapeutic area.
• Apply these judgments consistently across the pilot set of drugs and development programs.

• Practising physician, MD or DO, with board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Active clinical practice in the named specialty.
• Deep expertise in a specific therapeutic area, able to assess prescribing impact and uptake.
• Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programs, including clinical trial design and endpoints.

• Engagement type, hourly paid pilot.
• Estimated commitment, approximately 10 to 20 hours total, completed over 1 to 2 weeks.
• Work is remote.
• Pilot may lead to additional, recurring engagements for high-performing contributors.

• Pay range, 150 to 230 hourly.

• Candidates must have strong US clinical experience, typically US-based clinicians. Candidates with deep US-market experience may be considered depending on role needs.
• Must be board-certified and actively practising in the relevant specialty, MD or DO.
