Compensation & Employment StructureCompensation: $35-$45

Compensation is based on licensure, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise.

Employment Structure

All clinicians begin as 1099 Independent Contractors , offering flexibility while building their caseload and becoming familiar with our clinical programs and operations.

Following a successful 90-day review, clinicians may be considered for transition into a part-time or full-time W-2 position based on performance, organizational needs, and mutual career goals.

Schedule & Work Environment

This position offers a flexible hybrid model that includes both telehealth and in-person services.

• Full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service opportunities may be available
• Opportunity to build and maintain a consistent caseload
• In-person services may be provided at community-based locations, partner sites, or patient-serving programs as needed

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Services

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation techniques, and wellness goals.
• Provide crisis support and intervention when clinically appropriate.

Collaboration & Care Coordination

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions.
• Coordinate referrals and connect clients to community resources and support services.

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with organizational, payer, and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold all HIPAA, ethical, and professional practice standards.

QualificationsEducation

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

Licensure

Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including:

• LCSW
• LSW
• LPC
• LAC
• Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey

Preferred Experience

• Behavioral health counseling or psychotherapy experience.
• Community-based, outpatient, or integrated care experience.
• Telehealth experience.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
