Accounting Manager — Lead Close & Systems Expansion

Base is building America’s next-generation power company in Austin, TX, and seeks an Accounting Manager to own end-to-end financial reporting. You will lead the general ledger, close processes, journal entries, and reconciliations while partnering with other functions to scale operations. The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and a track record of process improvement.
