Maintenance TechnicianPay Rate: 25-26/HR on W2 Hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm Location: 4235 West 3rd Stre, Bloomington IN Backfilling open roles Duration: Ending : 11/17/2026 Potential to convert to FTE Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Candidate will be working inside of a bank Candidate will be driving a CBRE van to multiple area locations Uniform and tools will be provided Team Overview: Candidate will be working independently Resource's typical working day: Lock repair Basic plumbing Basic electrical Basic carpentry Minor HVAC PM's - Filter/belt changes Patching/painting Licenses/Certifications: Driver's license Must Have Skills: Basic plumbing Basic electrical Basic carpentry Basic mechanical skills Nice to have skills: HVAC experience Soft Skills: Highly professional attitude Excellent customer service skills Years of Experience: 1-2 years experience Education H.S. diploma or GED Software skills: Basic computer skills Interview Process: 2 rounds, virtual (Teams) with H.M. About the Role: As a Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: •Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities. •Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. •Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion. •Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner. •Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. •Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. •Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. •Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. •Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
