What We Offer $20.00–$22.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Front of House and Back of House opportunities Paid training Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand Work in our Corporate Store & Training Center Fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment What You'll Do Deliver friendly, welcoming service to every guest Take orders and process transactions accurately (Front of House) Prepare and assemble food according to Mike's Red Tacos standards (Back of House) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment Support speed of service, order accuracy, and food quality standards Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work as part of a team to create a great guest experience Follow brand standards and procedures consistently Help maintain a "training-ready" restaurant that reflects best-in-class operations What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and brand standards Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift Why This Role Matters As a Team Member in our Corporate Store & Training Center, you'll help create the guest experiences that define our brand.
