Step into a rewarding, contract-based role as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students from Pre-K through 12th grade in a dynamic and collaborative school setting near Winamac, IN. Utilize your expertise in speech and language development to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents as you provide in-person therapeutic services tailored to a diverse caseload ranging from 65 to 80 students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Prior work with young children, school-age, and adolescent populations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans catering to students’ unique needs
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and planning discussions
